Another beautiful day in the Outdoor Capital of the UK with crisp sunshine, powder snow for skiing and solid ice for climbing. Northerly winds don't seem to be as strong as forecast here and people have been out enjoying the good conditions. The skiing was great of Saturday although visibility was limited to about 2m at times! Donald, Tim and Guy had fun climbing Centurion and lots of ice climbs were enjoyed with the wind scouring away the avalanche hazard from most of them.

Low level ice venues are icing up nicely. Beinn Udlaidh is looking good so the Eilde Canyon in Glen Coe should be good as well. With several more days of cold weather to come make sure you keep your picks sharp.
